Nationwide (22 state) review of all EV DCFC charging government incentives and utility programs to determine most profitable states for site acquisition and leasehold origination. Preparation of financial models and white paper reports for each jurisdiction.

Deep Incentive Analysis, Valuation

Provided asset valuation and deep analysis of SREC commodity pricing for power plant M&A by NRG in MA, NJ and MD, to facilitate $200mm in acquisitions. Developed long term hedging strategy.

Government Program Design

Lead Analyst and Senior Consultant for development of the MA Smart Program (in tandem with SEA), which provided for $4bn of solar investment over a half decade period.

Municipal and LGU Advisory

Lead Economic Advisor to Cranston City Council, RI Progressive Democrats on developing a quasi public IPP for future community ownership of clean tech assets within the city.
