Andrew Kostrzewa brings two (2) decade of experience and training in renewable energy and infrastructure project financings and acquisitions, and has​ been professionally involved in renewables and clean tech financings and transactions since being hired under the stimulus program in 2008.

 

Andrew has led numerous financings of all varieties, including debt, tax equity, pre and post series-A equity, mezzanine and M&A. He has have served as Managing director, CFO, Head of Project Finance, Lead Economic Analyst, and consultant and has driven almost $500mm of transactions and deployments to successful completion. He has also advised more than a half dozen early stage (seed to Series-B) companies on general business and asset deployment strategy.

Mr. Kostrzewa is a passionate believer in Public-Private-Partnerships and service, and has advised RIOER, MADOER, NJOCE, NYSERDA, DriveOhio and several municipalities on incentive program development and economics. He currently advises his hometown on development of muni-owned renewables partnerships.       

Andrew received his BA from Brown University (2008), and holds a JD-MBA degree, focused on finance and energy, from Boston University (2015).
